Unintentional injuries are the 5th highest cause of death of Americans and the #1 cause of death of those aged 1-44. The mission of the Prevention1st Foundation, Inc. is to educate children, parents, teachers, service providers and others that such injuries are largely preventable, and to provide effective, evaluated, research-based training and materials to promote safer behavior.
